With Xbox One only out for a day or so the influx of users putting it to the test naturally resulted. Only a few hours in and reports of issues with the Blu-ray readers of certain units. An ominous clicking sound is all that's heard and the disc isn't read. According to users on Youtube who have experienced this the disc won't load all the way inside.
Oh well, PS4 has been having some issues as well. Remains to be seen if any of these next-gen issues are widespread and of any greater concern.
