The remake of the iconic game will please not only Nintendo Switch owners.

Developer Megapixel Studio and publisher Forever Entertainment announced that the upcoming Panzer Dragoon: Remake will be released not only on the Nintendo's hybrid console but also on the PC. Both versions are expected to hit the market at the same time this winter.
From the product page on Steam it appears that to enjoy the game on PC you'll need the following hardware configuration:
Operating system: Windows 10
Processor: Intel i5
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics card: NVIDIA GTX 970 or AMD Radeon R9 290 (equivalent or better)
DirectX: Version 10
Disk space: 8 GB of available space
Sound card: Integrated
