Nvidia recently made Quake II beautiful again this past summer, by introducing an RTX remaster that made it look shiny once more, but it seems they're not stopping there, at least according to a job listing spotted by DSOGaming.

The company is actually looking for a producer in its "exciting new game remastering program," which is "cherry-picking some of the greatest titles from the past decades and bringing them into the ray tracing age, giving them state-of-the-art visuals while keeping the gameplay that made them great".

The so-called Nvidia Lightspeed Studios team is starting with a game "you know and love," but this isn't shared in the job description. What they do say is that they're building a team "of talented, dedicated game developers who are ready to get going quickly".

The producer will lead the production on a remastered project, as well as work with partner teams and develop processes and tools, so it's certainly an exciting opportunity.
