In a Q&A published yesterday, Sony has confirmed that PS4 users will not be able to share their video content through YouTube. Gamers will, however, be able to share content through Facebook, Twitch and Ustream.

Live streaming without time restrictions will be available on Ustream and Twitch, and gamers will be able to share up to 15 minutes of recorded gameplay on Facebook. Developers will have the ability to restrict certain parts of their games to, presumably, prevent spoilers being broadcast.

Using the "Share" button on the DualShock 4 controller, players will be able to commit up to 15 minutes of gameplay to their hard drive, to be exported elsewhere afterwards (although users won't be able to export to PC at launch, that feature is coming in a future update).

Sony has also confirmed that PlayStation 4 will not support external HDMI-based video capture at launch, but has revealed that the feature will be available at some point following an upcoming system software update.
