Nintendo reportedly planning new version of the Switch

The Nintendo Switch was released last year and has since gained a significant amount of popularity due to factors like great first-party titles, indie game support, and its hybrid nature, but now the Japanese Wall Street Journal has reported that a new version of the console is planned for the second half of 2019, as brought to us in English by The Verge.

There are very few details but the report quotes stakeholders who know about the plan, with the reason for the move being to keep the momentum of the sales high. We don't even know what might change with the new hardware, although it's suggested that the screen might be improved with this new model.
