Ninjas in Pyjamas merges with ESV5 to join the LPL

The Swedish esports organisation Ninjas in Pyjamas has revealed that it has merged with the Chinese esports group ESV5, in a move that will see the team now recognised as the NIP Group.

This merger will see NIP re-entering competitive League of Legends, as it will see the League of Legends Pro League (LPL) team, formerly known as Victory Five, rebranded to NIP. This same procedure will also be enacted for League of Legends: Wild Rift.
