Limbo developer PlayDead has bought itself back out from shareholders, re-establishing the outfit as an independent studio.
The news comes through Edge,who spoke to company CEO Dino Patti.
"We are really happy about how it turned out even though the cost was higher than we had hoped," he explained. "The process was very educational and this is a big step on our way to become fully independent."
The studio originally approached investors to fund the creation and publishing of Limbo.
