Final Fantasy VII: Remake resurfaces with gameplay trailer

Shinji Hashimoto had us fooled when he revealed the Final Fantasy VII port for PlayStation 4 five years ago, so few dared to believe that his teases over the last few days were related to the remake. That made tonight's reveal all the more exciting.

Because Final Fantasy VII: Remake actually did resurface on tonight's State of Play. Despite being what you might consider a teaser trailer, it's probably more than enough to get the masses hyped up for more information at Square Enix' E3 show, as the project seems to be further along than many feared.
