This allows players to test features early on PC, and Operation Dark Hours has also been delayed with this announcement.

A new post on the website for The Division 2 has revealed that a Public Test Server has been created to "test new features and fixes" before they go live in the full game, having launched yesterday on PC.

Like with other games like Ubisoft's own Rainbow Six: Siege as well as Overwatch, this server will help Massive Entertainment to gather feedback via in-game action, forums, and surveys to improve features before they roll out in full, with a full PTS schedule promised soon.

Operation Dark Hours, included in Title Update 3, will not be on the PTS since Massive wants all players to experience this at the same time, and the release has also been pushed back from April 25 to May to give more time for balancing and testing.

Will you be visiting the PTS?

REVIEW. Written by Eirik Hyldbakk Furu

"A couple of faults don't detract from the fact that The Division 2 is one of, if not the, best looter-shooters in years."
