Owlcat Games and Deep Silver have released another bit of free DLC to their RPG Pathfinder: Kingmaker, called Arcane Unleashed, which sees several new spells come into the game as well as improved models for chromatic and metallic types of dragons to behold.

The new spells are Create Pit, Spiked Pit, Acid Pit, Hungry Pit, Rift of Ruin, and Battering Blast, which should help you out in The Stolen Lands. An arcane scroll merchant will appear in the capital as well, with the quantity and caster level of scrolls available depending on how high your kingdom stat for Arcane is.

As if that wasn't enough, we're also getting a new pet, and here's what Owlcat Games' head Oleg Shpilchevsky had to say on this:

"One of our players, long-term community contributor and our friend, lost his beloved cat "Tiger" just weeks before the launch of our game. As a token of our eternal gratitude for everything he contributed to the creation of Pathfinder: Kingmaker, we've recreated Tiger in the game so that he may roam with his human friend(s) once more - if only in the Stolen Lands."

For more on the DLC check out the trailer and screens below, which follows on from the Varnhold's Lot DLC that launched mere weeks ago.

Is Tiger the highlight?

"The story was a bit generic and the technical issues somewhat frustrating, however, looking beyond that, I enjoyed the rest of my quest."
