KillHouse Games and PixelShard Labs have revealed that their game Door Kickers: Action Squad will be landing on PS4, Switch, and Xbox One this summer after launching last year on PC, including extra missions and content to bolster the side-scroller's offering.
You can kick doors down to save the day either alone or with a friend via co-op multiplayer, and PC players will get the same extra features alongside console users. Door Kickers: Action Squad will also be at GDC via the ID@Xbox program at the Microsoft booth, if you want to check it out in person.
"From day one we designed Action Squad around the old school, shared screen coop experience that we had in our youth and wanted to recreate to maximum effect for our players. It all falls into place so that you will have lots of fun in single player but are always able to bring over a friend and continue playing together, trying tactics and ideas or just improvising on the fly," said KillHouse Games' Dan Dimitrescu. "And it comes as no surprise that at Gamescom, PAX and wherever we've shown our game - people would come over and urge us to get it out on their consoles. It's a natural fit and the game plays best on a controller."
