Gearbox may be working on a Penn & Teller game

A new tease indicates that this might be a part of their PAX East extravaganza, which may also include Borderlands 3.

Gearbox Software seems to be loving the spotlight right now, since they followed their tease of what people assumed was Borderlands 3 with another game tease, and then another. Guess what we're now here to report then - yes, the developer has even more up its sleeve.

That's not just a coincidental turn of praise from us though, as the ampersand symbol (pictured below) from this tweet has been linked to the logo of American magicians Penn & Teller.

As another user pointed out though, Gearbox's Twitter bio features the ampersand before Brothers in Arms and We Happy Few as well, which may be noteworthy.

Gearbox has responded with a number of tweets and gifs, but that hasn't clarified matters at all. That said, many of them are related to magic in some way, which adds weight to the Penn & Teller links at least.

Keep an eye on PAX East on March 28, as this is where we'll see all of Gearbox's "never-before-seen" reveals, including the two previous games and what we assume is Borderlands 3.

What could this project be?
