World War Z dev diary dives into the zombie hordes

Saber Interactive talks about how they translated the masses of zombies from the film into the game, using the Swarm Engine to do so.

Saber Interactive and Focus Home Interactive have revealed a brand new developer diary for their upcoming game World War Z, which is launching on April 16 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Here we get to see behind the scenes of the development process, and how the team translates the film into the game, especially with regards to the swarms of zombies.

Of course this is all made possible with Saber's own Swarm Engine that facilitates all of these zombies at once, who can move as a collective horde and as individuals. You'll get to pick between several classes to fight against these monsters, and there's even a PvPvZ mode that pits you against other humans as well.
