Rainbow Six: Siege fans are gearing up for the first season of the fourth year of content for Ubisoft's tactical shooter, and while we've already got a tease of the Australian Operators coming with Y4S1, we now have a brand new trailer that showcases the Outback map.

The new addition to Siege's map pool will take Rainbow Six fans on a trip down under, to Australia's outback, as part of Operation Burnt Horizon. The full setting of the map seems to be based around a truck refueling stop situated deep in the Australian outback (as evidenced by the name), and while little official information regarding the map has been revealed yet, the content in the teaser trailer has confirmed that the map will contain a metal kangaroo, a great white shark hanging from a roof, and a potentially functional mechanical bull. What more could you want from a new FPS map?

More information regarding the map reveal will be announced at the Six Invitational in Montreal, Canada on February 17, where Gamereactor will be in attendace to report on the new content and of course the esports action happening at the biggest event of the Siege calendar. For more details on the Six Invitational head this way.

As you might have seen in the comments under the trailer on YouTube, some fans have pointed out the similarities to existing map Clubhouse, especially when it comes to the garage.

Do you think this will this be the best Siege map yet?
