The official Bungie website has revealed the lengthy patch notes for Destiny 2's update 2.1.4, and among the usual fixes we get the news that some Supers are getting reworked.

Blade Barrage, for example, is getting the impact damage decreased from 150 to 35, but the explosion damage goes up from 150 to 250, now dealing self-damage too.

"Our goal for AoE supers of this type is that they incur self-damage when activated too close to a target," Bungie writes. "We consider Blade Barrage not causing self-damage a bug, which we are now addressing."

With Spectral Blades bonus damage resistance while in stealth has been decreased from 15% to 5%, with total damage resistance set at 62% when in Spectral Blades and in stealth. Total Super duration while invisible has also been decreased by 3.67 secs.

As for the Golden Gun Super, we have increased damage to bosses by 40% - including Six-Shooter and Celestial Nighthawk. The Arc Staff Super is also in the firing line too, getting heavy ranged and slam attack damage moved from 220 to 300, while heavy palm blast attack damage increases to 700 from 400.

Other changes included the Sentinel Shield Super having its final melee combo hit damage increased from 300 to 390, with damage to PvE opponents increased by 17%. The Fist of Havoc Super is having the base damage of the heavy slam attack decreased from 325 to 275, and what's more is that damage to base, elite, and miniboss foes is increased by 7% for Fist of Havoc, while damage to bosses is upped by 23% and damage to vehicles increased by 60%.

For the full details on everything changes with all the classes visit the patch notes linked above, but it seems that Supers are the main priority with this patch, which will change the way they operate moving forwards.
