Ubisoft has revealed that The Division novel Broken Dawn will be launched on March 15 next year to coincide with the release of The Division 2, bringing us a prequel story to the events of the game written by Alex Irvine.
The narrative is set months after the New York City outbreak and takes place in the spring, with Division agent Aurelio Diaz and civilian April Kelleher traveling to the midwest together. Irvine has already written New York Collapse, but this takes a closer look at the "post-pandemic world."
Dark Horse Comics will also be providing a lore book as well as a three-part comic book series based on the games too, which will come next year. The World of Tom Clancy's The Division will be a 160-page hardcover book and launch next year, but a limited edition of this is also coming on April 23, coming with a tactical clamshell case with light-up SHD Tech icon, a cloth poster, and a dossier cover.
The comics will all release in 2019, with the first issue available for pre-order online in the digital store only, or you could wait for the hardcover book collecting all three issues, called Extremis Malis, coming in summer.
Will you be getting any of this?
