Call of Duty: Black Ops 4

Black Ops 4 sells better than Black Ops 3 in first three weeks

Players are spending more time in the game too.

A lot of people claimed it was a huge mistake to leave the single-player portion out of the latest game in the Call of Duty series, Black Ops 4, but new data has actually revealed that very few players dive into the campaign any more, which is perhaps why Black Ops 4 has done so well.

In fact, Variety reports that - during the first three weeks on the market - Black Ops 4 has actually outsold Black Ops 3 (by a factor of three on PC), and it doesn't stop there, as players on average are spending 20% more time with the game than they did with Call of Duty: Black Ops 3.

Basically, it seems to have been a stroke of genius to focus on the stuff people actually use in the game, and no doubt the Blackout battle royale mode is working wonders for the game too, along with the classic multiplayer experience and revamped Zombies maps.

Is Black Ops 4 the best Call of Duty in recent memory?
