Use classic Nintendo controllers for Switch with new adapter

It might be perfect for the new Smash Bros.

Super Smash Bros Ultimate is almost here, and we know how much some of you prefer to actually use a GameCube controller for that particular series. While Nintendo and third parties are actually releasing Switch-compatible Gamecube controllers to cater to this need, there are in fact other ways to achieve this too.

8BitDo has announced a new peripheral called GBros. that basically acts as an all-in-one wireless adapter for several classic Nintendo controllers (GameCube, NES Classic, SNES Classic, and Wii Classic) for PC and Switch. There's even a Home and screenshot button on the adapter so you will be able to use those features when playing with a NES controller or some of the other options.

It's now available for pre-order on Amazon, and it's not too pricey either, sitting at $20 USD. GBros. launches December 7, which of course is the same day as Super Smash Bros Ultimate.

Will you be getting one?
