Releasing This Week: Oct 15-21

Lego's turning villainous, Starlink takes off, and SoulCalibur returns.

This week we're getting a selection of interesting titles, both new and returning, so let's talk you through the most significant releases.

As per, the big releases start dropping on Tuesday, with Lego DC Super-Villains (PC, PS4, Xbox One, Switch), NBA 2K Playgrounds 2 (PC, PS4, Xbox One, Switch), Starlink: Battle for Atlas (PS4, Xbox One, Switch), The Hunter: Call of the Wild 2019 (PC, PS4, Xbox One), and Warriors Orochi 4 (PC, PS4, Xbox One, Switch) all big cross-platform releases landing on October 16.

On the same day, we're also getting the new Marching Fire expansion for For Honor (PC, PS4, Xbox One), and the Switch version of Valkyria Chronicles is also going to make an appearance.

While we're on the subject of Switch versions, October 18 sees the release of Moto Racer 4, Syberia 3, and The Room on Nintendo's console. Over on PC, AI War 2 is invading Steam Early Access and Papers, Please creator Lucas Pope is launching Return of the Obra Dinn too.

Finally, on Friday, Switch-owning masochists can revisit From Software's classic action-RPG, Dark Souls Remastered. Meanwhile, SoulCalibur VI is once again returning to the stage of history (on PC, PS4, and Xbox One), plus we're getting a couple of Early Access games. World War 3 lands on Steam EA on October 19, and the annual pre-release beta for Football Manager 2019 also kicks off at the end of the week.
