The Journey of the Imperfect Circle

The Journey of the Imperfect Circle has a deeper allegory to it

"It's kind of an allegory for the longing that we all have to become perfect."

Earlier this week at Gamescom in Cologne we saw a lovely game by the name of The Journey of the Imperfect Circle, and during our talk with both Andrea Brasch and Patrick Jarnfelt the latter told us that this actually has a deeper meaning than simply shapes.

"It's not perfectly round, and it's going on this journey to find a piece that fits in its mouth so it can become perfectly round," Jarnfelt explained. "And it's kind of an allegory for the longing that we all have to become perfect, and we made a game about that."

Isn't that just lovely?
