Fallout 76 was revealed by Bethesda only yesterday, and although we didn't actually get any details about it, Kotaku claims sources have given them a glimpse as to what Fallout 76 will be like.
These sources are allegedly three people that are familiar with the game, who claim that this is an online survival RPG similar to Rust and DayZ; an experimental entry in the series. This was originally prototyped as a multiplayer version of Fallout 4, but has since evolved, and will contain quests, a narrative, base-building, and a lot of other multiplayer and survival mechanics. It's always changing, one source said, but these are the basics.
As expected, the game is named after Vault 76, which was meant to open only 20 years after the war, and is being developed not only at the main office in Maryland but also at the newest branch in Austin, according to the sources.
Is all of this good news or bad news in your eyes?
