Gianluigi Buffon makes his way to World of Tanks

It's no secret that Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon is a legend of the game, but it seems that ever since he got sent off in the quarter-finals of the Champions League he's found a new career in the military, as World of Tanks PC has revealed a partnership with the player which sees Buffon bring a pack of new Italian tanks with auto-reloader mechanics into the game.

You can even recruit Buffon as a captain for your tanks in the game, with 11 vehicles available to choose from right now, whether you want low-tier, compact tanks or slightly heavier beasts, featuring post-WWII designs. As for the auto-reloader, this lets you fire rapid rounds to deadly effect.
