As we told you earlier today, Microsoft is preparing something "special" for this year's E3, and now we have more details about what that special something might be. The publisher has announced that it will be moving out of the Convention Center in L.A., where E3 is being held, to the Microsoft Theater "across the street". According to Microsoft, this is the only way to "include even more fans and partners in the Xbox E3 2018 Briefing than ever before".
Microsoft will still have a smaller presence in the Convention Center itself, with a booth dedicated to Mixer, allowing attendees the chance too "play, stream and interact with games and catch the latest E3 news live throughout the entire week". All of this will allow Microsoft to "bring together a variety of Xbox experiences into one primary location and, most importantly, let fans in on what we're up to in 2018 and beyond in a fresh new way".
What will Microsoft be actually showing? We have no idea, but we're curious. Microsoft also confirmed the timings for its E3 conference, which is due to take place on June 10 at 9pm GMT / 10pm CET. We'll see you there.
