Switch resolutions revealed for Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy

Not a very impressive number in handheld mode.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy was recently announced for Switch (released last fall for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One) and launches April 26 on Nintendos hybrid console. The package includes the first three games in the series and most of the post-launch DLC and is a pretty massive package.

But, as you might imagine, some sacrifices had to be made to get the game running on the weaker Switch and therefore it will run at a lower resolution. When playing docked it runs at fairly respectable 900p (which is still higher than when the original games were released for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360), but when you have the Switch in handheld mode it will drop considerably to 540p. The cutscenes in the game runs at 720p.

Will you get a Naruto fix by buying this massive collection?
