Here's the first of what we hope will be an ongoing series of weekly updates about the games that are about to launch both digitally (including early access) and at retail. We might not catch everything (have you seen how many games launch on Steam every week?) but we'll certainly try to cover the biggest and most notable titles, giving you an overview of what's releasing in the coming days.
On February 20 we're getting several interesting cross-platform titles, including The Station (PC, PS4, Xbox One), Little Witch Academia: Chamber of Time (PC, PS4), and Metal Gear Survive (PS4, Xbox One). Elsewhere PC players get Montecrypto: The Bitcoin Enigma (PC), and Age of Empires: Definitive Edition (PC), and the lovely Old Man's Journey (Switch) is coming to Nintendo's hybrid console. Discovery Tour by Assassin's Creed: Ancient Egypt (PC, PS4, Xbox One) is launching as a free update for those who our Assassin's Creed: Origins on all platforms, but it'll be available as a standalone product on PC.
On February 21 Abandon Ship (PC) is hitting early access, Rad Rodgers lands on console (PS4, Xbox One), and Layers of Fear: Legacy gets a lick of paint for its re-release (Switch).
On February 22 surveillance sequel Orwell: Ignorance is Strength (PC) joins the release of Metal Gear Survive (PC) on PC, and Stellaris: Apocalypse (PC) sees Paradox's sci-fi grand strategy game expanded.
And finally, on February 23, Past Cure (PC, PS4, Xbox One) and Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet (PC, PS4, Xbox One) both get cross-platform releases, and All Walls Must Fall (PC) leaves early access on Steam.
And that's the broad strokes right there. Let us know if you're looking forward to anything in particular, and check out Games to Look For below for a more general overview of the whole month.
