Report: Are FIFA 19 and Madden 19 heading for Switch?

Insider claims EA Sports are doubling their Switch output in 2018.

Last year, EA announced their support of the Nintendo Switch through the release of FIFA 18 on the hybrid platform, and while sales were a little soft, it proved popular enough to reaffirm the publisher's support going forward.

Now, it seems we might know of two additional games EA are planning on releasing on the Switch - and they're both EA Sports games.

Recently, a games journalist who specialises in Nintendo, Marcus Sellars, went on a bit of a rumour spree, and amongst the information he revealed, he revealed through Twitter, that both FIFA 19 and Madden NFL 19 will receive Switch versions as well.

Now, EA has yet to confirm this, so take this with a grain of salt as of now, but it would make sense that EA would expand their sports offering on Nintendo's new console. The second EA title to release on Switch will be the beautiful EA Original's title Fe that's due out this month.
