At last year's E3 we got to see more of Extinction, the next game from Iron Galaxy Studios, the studio best known for the second and third Killer Instinct seasons. This one is not a fighting game, however, rather it's an action-adventure title with skill-based combat that tells the story of a hero called Avil fighting enormous creatures and ogres to save his land, Dolorum, and humanity. No pressure then.

Extinction will be available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One on April 10, 2018, and there's going to be two versions. You'll have to pay £55 / $60 / €70 for the standard edition, or you can chose the Deluxe Edition for £65 / $70 / €80. The more expensive option includes the Days of Dolorum season pass, which is also going to be sold separately for £13 / €15 / $15. Pre-orders are open at selected retailers, but not yet in the digital stores.
