We've been hearing rumours about a new Fable game for a while now, but these rumours have really gained speed over the last few weeks. An ex-Lionhead developer claimed that a British studio has been tasked with developing the rumoured game.

This led many people to believe that the developer was talking about Playground Games (known for the Forza Horizon series), especially as the studio was looking for someone to "shape the future of an exciting, large-scale open-world action / RPG AAA title from the outset" last year. Three sources confirmed these theories to us shortly after, something yesterday's Eurogamer report claims as well. With that being the case, it's rather fitting that we'll get to revisit the original Fable on Xbox One in two weeks.

Microsoft has revealed the eight games will join Xbox Game Pass on February 1, and one of them is, interesting enough, Fable Anniversary. That's what you call timing. Either way, there are a few other goodies in the line-up as well. The seven other games that will be available in two weeks are NBA 2K17, WWE 2K17, Halo Wars 2, Darksiders II: Deathinitive Edition, Rime, Riptide GP: Renegade, and Letter Quest: Grimm's Journey.

Which of these games are you definitely downloading or recommending to others?
