Special Forces: Team X

Special Forces: Team X is the latest game to come from Zombie Studios (Blacklight: Retribution) and it's heading to PC and Xbox 360 later this year as a digital release.

What separates the game from the other third-person shooters currently crowding the market is the unique way in which maps are selected before each game. Players will be able to choose different segments of map, meaning each game will feature one of over 100 different combinations. How this'll work out in practice is yet to be revealed, but it's a novel approach, and we look forward to seeing it in action.

Old school companies Atari and Microprose are involved behind the scenes in a game that features asymmetric maps for between 2 and 4 teams, and will launch with 5 different modes.
