We already knew that a new Pokémon game for the Nintendo Switch is coming, and now a new job listing has made fans suspect that Pokémon Switch might be using Epic's Unreal Engine 4, the same engine that other games like Gears of War 4 use.

The job listing in question can be seen here, and as reported by Game Revolution it says that employee must know how to work with either Unity or Unreal Engine 4. The company hiring is called Creatures, which was founded last June and is specialising in "Pokémon CG".

The idea of a Pokémon game on the Switch using Unreal Engine 4 isn't ridiculous, since we already know that the upcoming Yoshi game for the Switch (expected sometime during 2018) will be using Unreal Engine 4.

At the moment there is no confirmed release date for the upcoming Pokémon for the Nintendo Switch, but anticipation is definitely building, at least for us. Is this a game you're excited about as well?
