People have been asking Bungie whether or not PS4 Pro and Xbox One X owners would see some visuals improvements in Destiny 2 ever since the game was announced, but the studio has been very vague in their responses. Seems like they were just waiting for the opportune moment.

The studio has announced that they're releasing a new Destiny 2 update alongside the launch of Curse of Osiris on December 5, and that it'll include a few visuals improvements for the newest consoles. They specifically mention that both PS4 consoles, the Xbox One S and Xbox One X are all getting high dynamic range support. PlayStation 4 Pro owners have already been able to enjoy the game in "adaptive 4K", while Xbox One X owners are getting "4K", which we're guessing means native 4K but can't say for sure.

Will you be enjoying any of these enhancements?
