Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap coming to retail in Q1 2018

Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap is a beautiful HD remaster of the old Master System action game that we enjoyed earlier this year (check out our review). Lizardcube and DotEmu released the game digitally first of all, for the PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One, and now Headup Games and Nicalis are joining the team for a physical release in Europe and America.

"The Wonder Boy saga on the Sega Master System was my personal Zelda when I was a little kid, and being able to give Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap the full physical retail treatment it deserves fills me with great joy." says Headup Games founder Dieter Schoeller. This won't be for every console, however, as Headup Games' retail editions of Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap are only planned for PS4 and Switch. Do you want this game to be sitting on your shelf?
