Nintendo has always been known for its family-friendly approach towards games on their consoles, but recently it looks like Nintendo is looking to change this up a bit, as the company has already announced Doom and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus for the Nintendo Switch, and is now looking for more games for adults.

The Wall Street Journal has reported that multiple developers are saying Nintendo is actively encouraging them to bring mature games to the Nintendo Switch.

One of those is Inti Creates, the studio behind the Gal *Gun series, where players have to shoot classmates with pheromones, who is bringing their game to the Switch. Takuya Aizu, chief executive of Inti Creates, told WSJ he was unsure if Nintendo wanted their game on the Switch. "I thought it wouldn't be possible to release such a game for the Switch, but surprisingly, Nintendo gave me positive feedback," he said.

Wall Street Journal also reports that Nintendo wants to have more variety in both genre and content for the Switch.

It's good to see Nintendo is changing its stance towards mature content and it'll be interesting to see how the mature content will perform sales-wise. Which mature games are you hoping to see on the Switch?
