In December 2016 the Russian ambassador in Turkey, Andrei Karlov, was killed during an art exhibition. The image of Karlov's body laying on the floor was seen all over the world, and somehow has also managed to sneak into Batman: The Enemy Within's second episode. The image of the body, or something very similar, was used to represent a robbery in the game, but players soon found the similarities.
When contacted by Gamasutra, Telltale confirmed the image has since been removed from the game via a quick update, and apologised for the unfortunate situation.
"We regret this incident occurred, and we are taking appropriate action internally to ensure that we continue to maintain our high standards in Production and Quality Assurance," the company wrote.
It's still unclear how the picture got into the game, but at least Telltale swiftly dealt with the situation. Did you see it?

"The way Telltale deals with Batman's alter-ego is quite interesting, and more credible than we're used to seeing."
