We've harvested some good news from Gamescom for fans of Farming Simulator 17, as we now know that a Platinum Edition will be arriving on November 14 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One, with new content shown off in the brand new Gamescom trailer.
Among the new content shown in the trailer is the South American area Estancia Lapacho, with its own railway network, local cows, and even sugarcane fields, which can be gathered by the brand new CASE IH A8800 MR harvester.
The Platinum Edition also contains famous brands from South America, Australia, and Poland, such as TT and Bizon, bringing the total of farming vehicles up to 275, spread over more than 80 manufacturers.
Season Pass owners will get the Platinum Edition as part of this content, but for those who haven't got the game, is this the perfect time to get started on your virtual life in agriculture?
