Dark Horse and Portal 2

It was recently announced (by Dark Horse Comics' video-game panel at Emerald City Comicon) that Dark Horse are working on a brand-new art book for Valve's modern classic, Portal 2.

Dark Horse have promised to "pull back the curtain to give you a backstage tour of one of the most innovative video games of the decade! The Art of Portal 2 walks you through the visual evolution of the award-winning game, from concept to completion, with never-before-seen concept art and insights from the writers and artists behind the Portal series."

4 million copies of Portal 2 have been sold so far, with Valve's humourous sci-fi based puzzle title striking a chord with gamers and critics alike.

The Art of Portal 2 is due for release later this year (October 31) and will include: "incredible visuals of the Aperture Science facility and the creation of Chell and the rest of the cast, and features 184 pages of mostly never-before-seen art and a look into the design process of the legendary game studio."
