Not unexpected, given the franchise's release schedule these past few years, but it looks like Ubisoft's had the trigger pulled early on its newest iteration of the Assassin's Creed series.
Last night Kotaku published a story detailing the latest AC, after screens and info were leaked to the outlet. Supposedly, the latest Assassin's Creed time-jumps to 1800s Paris, as the screens show some of the city's most notable landmarks.
However, the rumour mill keeps spinning: this is only one of two Assassin's Creed games due out this year. Unity - as its codenamed - will focus on PS4 and Xbox One, while another - entitled Comet - will release on Xbox 360 and PS3. The idea seemingly that the developers don't suffer from having to split game design across two different generations of machine.
