New York Subliners signs Sib, confirms 2024 Call of Duty League roster
The 2023 champions are ready and looking to run it back.
The New York Subliners surprised many when they managed to stave off the stacked Atlanta Faze and OpTic Texas rosters to win the Call of Duty League Championship in 2023. Now that the franchise joins rarefied air as a CDL champion, all eyes are on the team to defend their title in 2024, which as the past confirms, is very difficult to do.
To this end, in the bid to run it back and become the first-ever back-to-back world champions, the Subliners have now signed Daunte "Sib" Gray, an individual who joins Cesar "Skyz" Bueno, Matthew "KiSMET" Tinsley, and Paco "HyDra" Rusiewiez to make up the 2024 roster.
As for when the CDL will return for its 2024 season, no official date has been confirmed by Activision just yet, but if the past is anything to go by, it will likely kick off in winter 2023.
