New Xbox Game Bar features have arrived

These were revealed last month, and include Spotify integration, the Looking For Group feature, and more.

Last month Microsoft revealed some changes coming to the Xbox Game Bar, launching for Insiders last month, but now they've released these updates for PC gamers running this version of the new Game Bar.

For those who don't know, Game Bar is an overlay built into Windows 10, and Spotify integration is now featured, letting you easily control audio, playlists, and more via the Spotify widget. You can even change the volume without having to leave your game.

As far as social features go, you can talk with friends across multiple platforms, and there's also a Looking For Group (LFG) feature to find teammates using Game Bar. Again, all of this can be done without having to exit the game.

The Broadcast & Capture widget also lets you take a screenshot, but on top of that you can now add overlay text to your screenshot to make a meme, which you can then share with everyone.

"Here at Xbox, we are a passionate team of gamers who are inspired to continue improving the gaming experience on Windows 10. We're in the early stages of our journey and the updated Xbox Game Bar experience is just the beginning. As always, your feedback is important to us and our partners as we continue to evolve Xbox Game Bar. So please share your ideas at the Xbox Idea Hub," Microsoft adds.

The whole Game Bar can be customised, and for more on these features check out the screenshots and video below. Do you use Game Bar?
