Metroid: Samus Returns
New Nintendo 3DS XL model is in the theme of Samus Returns

Nintendo of America has announced on Twitter that a Samus Edition of the new Nintendo 3DS XL will be available from September 15 in North America, the same day as Metroid: Samus Returns is released for the Nintendo 3DS.
Before you start jumping to pre-order, though, you should know a few things. Firstly, this hardware package doesn't contain the game itself, and secondly, it's not been announced for Europe yet. Hopefully that changes in the future, though, because as you can see from the pictures below it looks like the perfect thing for Metroid/Samus fans.
Metroid: Samus Returns is a remake of Metroid II: Return of Samus, originally seen on Game Boy back in the '90s, but this time it's obviously been revamped and remastered for the current handheld console.
