We caught up with Flying Mollusk's creative director Erin Reynolds to find out more about this psychological horror game that measures the player's fear levels and tailors the game accordingly. Via various heart rate monitors your experience will be influenced by your stress levels and the developers are also designing ways to enhance this through virtual reality.

"Virtual reality obviously adds a whole new layer of immersion to the game and we're really excited about all the ways we can mess with people's heads that way," says Flying Mollusk's Erin Reynolds.

"And we don't just want to do a straight port from the PC version to the VR version, we want to make a game that really makes use of the strength of the platform. So we're planning to figure out what makes sense for VR and how can we add unique scares to VR and what can we do to minimise making people barf as well."

Nevermind is available via Steam Early Access now, and will see full release later this year.
