EA has announced that last years racing title Need for Speed: Rivals now is available for EA Access, so every who has that service can download it for free. They have also confirmed that both FIFA 15 and NHL 15 will be available five days before the official release to give all EA Access subscribers a head start.
They have also sent out a list about with 19 new countries that will see the EA Access service roll out later this month. Amongst them is Brazil, Netherlands, UAE and the Nordic countries.
So far, the EA Access service is only launched for Xbox One, with Sony saying that they don't want it on Playstation 4, most likely due to their own streaming service Playstation Now. With EA Access, you can download selected free games, get discounts on new titles plus enjoy them five days earlier than the actual release. The price tag is £3.99 a month or £19.99 for a full year.
One slight disappointment is that the 5-day early access to upcoming titles such as NHL 15 and FIFA 15 is limited to only 6-hours per user.
