We get to replay the first for free via PS Plus this month, and she'll change a lot in Part II next year.

Naughty Dog revealed the release date for The Last of Us: Part II last week, and to celebrate the occasion, the remaster of the first game is part of the free titles on offer with PS Plus this month, so it's a good time to replay the first or try it for the first time.
Naughty Dog and Sony have released a brand new video to get fans ready for the journey again too, as a timelapse shows Ellie from the first game transforming from a young teen into the 19-year-old warrior we've seen her be in the second. Notice the move from light to dark as well, as we're definitely going to see a darker side of Ellie in the sequel.
