The National Student Esports (NSE) has announced that it is partnering up with Nintendo UK to host and run a series of Mario Strikers: Battle League Football events across the UK. Ranging from in-person tournaments to community-focused events supported by Nintendo, the circuit will kick off in October at various universities across the country.

It's also said in the announcement press release that the circuit itself will include a live finals in December, where qualified individuals from the regional tournaments will be facing off to be crowned champion and win various yet to be announced prizes.

Sign-ups for the circuit will start in September, and those who attend will also be able to play various other Switch titles, including Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, while partaking in each tournament.
