If you're terrible at driving but still love motorsports - particularly all the stuff that goes on in and around the pits - then Sega has a game coming your way.
Making its debut on PC in September this year is Motorsport Manager, a game about all the facets of motorsports that doesn't involve actually sitting behind the steering wheel. A version of the game has been available on Android and iOS for a good while now, but developers Playsport Games have built the upcoming PC version from the ground up.
There's no mention of any licenses in neither the official press release or the announcement trailer (which you can watch below, of course), so despite the game featuring open-wheel racers it likely won't feature any official Formula 1 teams or associated IP. Or possibly anything else related to FIA. How that plays out is anyone's guess.
The game is published by Sega, who fans of managing things will know are also the publishers of the quite excellent (if a bit spreadsheet'y) Football Manager. So here's hoping they keep up their usual standards.
