Mortal Kombat 11

Mortal Kombat 11 devs to rebalance Towers and Krypt "ASAP"

After the feedback from reviewers and the wider community, NetherRealm is looking to tweak things behind the scenes.

Mortal Komat 11 is a bloody good fighting game, but it's also a bit of a grind at times. However, the devs over at NetherRealm are aware of the general perception of the game at launch, specifically with the speed of player progression in the Towers of Time and the Krypt, and there are already plans in place to tweak things behind the scenes.

As confirmed in this post on Twitter, a corrective patch is going to land as soon as possible: "We appreciate the feedback on #MK11 so far! We're continually optimizing on each platform based on your feedback. To address recent concerns around Towers of Time and the Krypt, a patch will be rolling out ASAP. Apologies for any inconvenience this has caused."

Just like everyone else, we really enjoyed MK11's unique brand of bloody fisticuffs (although we too noted the grind in the Towers of Time), and you can read our review of the game right here.

REVIEW. Written by Ricardo C. Esteves

"Mortal Kombat 11 could have been superb, but some of the design decisions Netherrealm has made are regrettable."
