Monster Hunter: World has done exceptionally well since its release back in January of last year and we reported on its many content updates just recently, with Leon and Claire from Resident Evil 2 being the next characters to join the Monster Hunter cast in October. We've known that Monster Hunter: World is a success story for Capcom, and even more so now, with the developer announcing that the game has passed yet another major sales milestone.

In a recent Twitter post (via Dualshockers) Capcom revealed that 14 million copies of the game has been sold, which isn't exactly a small feat.
