Mobile esports viewing figures surge past PC and console in July

Only one of the top five most-streamed competitions was centered around a PC title.

Recent data revealed by Esports Charts shows that viewership for mobile esports competitions beat out PC and console by quite a large margin in the month of July.

Four of the top five tournaments were all centered around mobile titles with the only PC spot going to League of Legends Championship Korea (LCK). The most viewed tournament for the month was the MPL Invitational 4 National Cup, which raked in 1,032,379 total viewers. This almost doubled what LCK was able to achieve, as figures show that it pulled in a comparatively low 584,303 fans.
