The upcoming Minecraft Dungeons was shown off at Microsoft's E3 press conference. With original creators Mojang at the helm, the next title in the Minecraft universe is an adventure-driven RPG, and we got our first proper look at it since it was announced last year.
The game appears to be a top-down dungeon crawler featuring iconic mobs, new biome environments, Redstone-fuelled bosses and multiplayer. The mode will support 4-player co-op both locally and online. Take a look at the gameplay reveal trailer below:
In an additional blog post, Mojang has revealed that the game isn't only exclusive to Microsoft platforms, with plans to release the game on Xbox One, PC, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.
Minecraft Dungeons is set to release in Spring 2020.
