Microsoft isn't a stranger to hosting sales on backwards compatibility games, as a number of original Xbox and Xbox 360 titles have been discounted in the past, but now we have an announcement telling us of the biggest backwards compatibility sale to date.

This has already begun and runs until May 27, featuring savings of up to 75% on over 240 compatible titles, which includes Red Dead Redemption and Splinter Cell: Blacklist, both of which are Xbox One X Enhanced as well.

Then we also have discounts on the Call of Duty, Gears of War, Fable, Assassin's Creed, and BioShock franchises, with all the savings visible on your Microsoft Store of choice.
